Career

Taylor Caniff launched his YouTube channel ‘taylor caniff’ in September 2012. He started posting a variety of content that ranged from vlogs, Q&A videos, and challenges. While his videos were good, he did not receive his fair share of fame until he joined Vine in 2013. His comedy sketches and prank videos became wildly popular and soon earned him over 2 million followers.

He later joined the social media group ‘Magcon Boys’ along with other Vine creators such as ‘Nash Grier,’ ‘Cameron Dallas,’ ‘Willie Jones,’ and ‘Shawn Mendes,’ among others. The group initiated meet-and-greet tours where fans got to personally meet social media celebrities. Unfortunately, the group was disbanded in 2014 but was partly revived in 2016. Soon after its revival, Magcon went on a worldwide tour which was a massive success. Magcon’s success inspired a Netflix series named ‘Chasing Cameron’ which told the story of the group’s rise to fame.

After Vine was closed down, Taylor moved to his new channel ‘Taylor Caniff.’ Here, he posted a mix of vlogs, challenges, and pranks which caught the attention of over 346k subscribers. However, he later stopped posting on his channel and became active solely on Instagram.
